Patricio Cantu

CEO

Patricio Cantu is the CEO of Alec Solutions, where he leads with a strong commitment to integrity, innovation, and people-first leadership. At just 21 years old, Patricio combines a student mentality with an adaptable mindset, allowing him to continuously learn, grow, and evolve alongside the fast-changing business landscape.

Known for being highly interactive and outgoing, Patricio values meaningful relationships and believes that strong morals are the foundation of long-term success. He is driven by the goal of building not only a successful company, but also a fulfilling life for himself and his family. His leadership style reflects his belief in collaboration, personal growth, and creating opportunities that positively impact others.

Narda Garcia

Human Resources Executive

Narda is an outgoing and driven recruiter who brings energy and passion to the Blue Coat Development team. Originally from Weslaco, Texas, she is currently a sophomore at UTRGV, pursuing a degree in Communications. Narda thrives on growth and new experiences, always pushing herself to learn, connect, and create the best life possible.

With a clear vision for the future, she is committed to continuous self-improvement and aims to not just start her career, but to truly thrive in the years ahead. Narda’s enthusiasm for building meaningful relationships and her dedication to personal and professional growth make her an invaluable member of the team and the perfect addition to the ALEC Solutions team!

Valeria Cantu

Team Manager

Valeria Cantu is a driven and ambitious young professional known for her leadership, communication skills, and dedication to personal and professional growth. A former Texas A&M student, Valeria decided to pursue a new path that aligns with her passions and long-term goals — one that allows her to challenge herself, learn continuously, and build a successful career.

Her background in retail, including experience at a busy shoe store in the mall, taught her the importance of customer service, teamwork, and consistency. Valeria’s strong work ethic and proactive mindset make her a valuable asset in any professional environment.

Valeria’s ultimate goal is to build a stable and fulfilling career that provides opportunities for travel, cultural exploration, and personal development — while also creating a better life for herself and her family.

Client Expert

The Client Expert role starts with brand management. They are responsible for in-store marketing campaigns in the area and for making sure the campaigns represent our clients' standards, along with the retail stores' standards and most importantly, with OUR standards. With every member starting from entry-level and working their way up, we are able to continually deliver the results everyone is looking for year after year.

Manager

As a Manager, you will be responsible for the solicitation of business from new and existing customers to build business volume according to plan. You will also start to attain and develop leadership skills by teaching classroom and in-field training with the given ALEC Solutions resources.

Assistant Director

The Assistant Director is responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and overseeing one of our core managers' campaigns within a specific market. They are also responsible for leading daily meetings, learning and implementing the full recruiting cycle, and all administrative responsibilities necessary to become a Partner.​

Partner

As a Partner, you will be responsible for overseeing an entire market and the campaigns within it. In this role, you will also be managing an entire office, administrative staff, manage payroll, and oversee all managers and members of your team. The ultimate goal is to expand into new territory and launch new campaigns.
